Booking – Breeze Villa Unawatuna

BOOKING AND HOUSE RULES

In order to make your stay and that of others as enjoyable as possible, we apply the following house rules:

BOOKING
When we have received your booking request, we will send you a booking confirmation with an invoice. In this confirmation we also mention the bank account number to which you should transfer 50% of the booking amount. When we have received this initial payment,
your booking will be definitive. The rest of the amount should be paid before or on arrival. Cash or debit/credit card payment options are available

CANCELLING
You can cancel your booking two days before arrival. The initial payment made will be returned with the deduction of 10% cancellation costs.

HOUSE RULES
✓ During your stay, we will not clean inside the apartment without your request
✓ Checkin -1 PM
✓ Checkout- 11 AM
✓ Pet’s are not allowed
✓ Foods/ Dirnks not allowed inside the room.

LIABILITY

Enter the swimming pool at your own risk. Pay special attention to children: Villa Breeze Unawatuna is not liable in any way for any form of damage/injury.
In case of damage caused by guests to the property of Villa Breeze Unawatuna, a fitting damages claim will be made.
